Workshop on the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyrights Held

At Tempulli College, an informative workshop was organized for the academic and administrative staff on the importance of intellectual property protection, copyrights, and related legal procedures. The workshop was delivered by Avdi Kastrati, who is also an alumnus of Tempulli College.

During the workshop, Mr. Kastrati emphasized the importance of protecting intellectual property in academic and professional environments, focusing on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and the legal mechanisms available for their protection. He also presented the procedures for applying and registering industrial property rights, as well as the most common challenges faced by authors and institutions.

Participants had the opportunity to discuss practical cases and raise questions related to the protection of ideas, scientific publications, and creative works within academic and professional contexts.
