Tempulli Promotes a Culture of Professional Communication through a Guest Lecture by Expert Shenaj Shala

Prishtina, 29 October 2026 – As part of the Academic Communication course, Tempulli College hosted a special guest lecture by communication expert and professional skills trainer Shenaj Shala, who shared her knowledge and experience in professional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills development with students.

With extensive professional experience in communication and institutional relations, Shenaj Shala has held prominent positions, including Chief of Protocol and Political Adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo.

The lecture focused on the importance of effective communication in academic and professional settings, building confidence in public speaking, and developing the skills needed to communicate clearly, persuasively, and with well-supported arguments.

Through activities such as this, Tempulli College aims to provide students with additional opportunities to develop professional competencies and soft skills, which are increasingly important for career success.
