Background

Tempulli was founded in 1992, as an independent private entity, initially specializing in the analysis and expertise of road traffic accidents. In 1994, Tempulli expanded its activity by organizing foreign language courses, dedicated to children and adults. In 1995, Tempulli opened its own Driving School, becoming one of the first private centers for the training and education of young drivers.

In 1996, in response to market demands and professional engagement, Tempulli published the first issue of the magazine “Tempulli.” The magazine addressed topics such as current affairs, road safety, transportation and motoring, becoming a valuable source of information in these fields.

After the end of the war and the creation of new circumstances, Tempulli resumed its activities, and in the academic year 2001/2002, welcomed the first generation of students in the study programs of road traffic, railway traffic and Post-Telecommunications.

The year 2001 was a historic year for private higher education in Kosovo. On December 18, 2001, Tempulli became the first private higher education institution in Kosovo to be granted preliminary accreditation by the interim governing institutions of that time.
