Career Center

 

The mission of the Career Center at Tempulli is to support and encourage students and graduates in preparing for the continuous development of their careers by enabling them to develop the skills, abilities, potential, and personal values that bring them closer to the labor market.

​

The goals of the Career Center are:

  • To inform, guide, and advise students and graduates on career development and planning;

  • To develop students’ skills, abilities, and potential to better align with labor market needs;

  • To prepare students for employment and lifelong learning by enabling participation in practical work experiences;

  • To provide opportunities for monitoring and mentoring students during internships;

  • To build networks and contacts with employers for student internships and future employment opportunities by developing effective, long-term relationships with employers;

  • To offer support for students in enhancing exploratory learning opportunities;

  • To organize workshops, seminars, webinars, roundtables, and conferences aimed at helping students better understand the labor market and master the necessary skills for successful career planning and organization;

  • To provide digital services for information, guidance, education, counseling, and career development;

  • To collaborate with academic units within the Academy to provide career development opportunities for students;

  • To cooperate with external stakeholders for the professional development of students and to strengthen their career growth;

  • To establish innovative strategies for student career development;

  • To develop relevant resources to inform students about professional research opportunities and innovation;

  • To organize promotional activities related to career development.
