Tempulli College and the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of the Republic of Kosovo / Kosovo Security Force (KSF) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, with the aim of establishing a sustainable framework for institutional cooperation to enhance the professional, academic, and technical capacities of MoD/KSF personnel.
This Memorandum demonstrates that the KSF, alongside its ongoing cooperation with international partners and the development of its operational and professional capacities, also entrusts domestic institutions with this mission—positioning Tempulli College as a trusted partner and a national asset in the field of academic programs and professional training.
The agreement, signed by the Secretary General of the MoD-KSF, Mr. Gafurr Dugolli, and the Director of Tempulli College, Prof. Dr. Muhamed Krasniqi, aims to strengthen academic and professional partnership in key areas related to mobility safety, including road transport and logistics, intelligent transport systems, training of drivers and driving instructors, social services and special transport, operation of heavy machinery, occupational safety and health, as well as sustainable development and environmental protection.
A specific component of the cooperation relates to the organization of educational camps and practical exercises, focusing on road safety, emergency response, risk management, civil protection, and civic education, with the goal of enhancing the culture of safety, developing practical skills, and strengthening social cohesion.
Following the signing of the agreement, Prof. Dr. Muhamed Krasniqi stated:“Tempulli College already has a tradition of over two decades of institutional cooperation, which began during the time of the Kosovo Protection Corps (KPC) and has continued over the years to the present day. Based on national and international accreditations and authorizations, I consider this Memorandum a strategic step in linking higher education and professional training with the real needs of the defense and security sector of the Republic of Kosovo, confirming the role of Tempulli College as a reliable institutional partner and a concrete contributor to the development of national capacities.”
