The pilot training “ESG Specialist on Transport and Logistics” was successfully held at Kolegji Tempulli over three days: April 25, 27, and 28, 2026.
The training brought together 10 participants from diverse sectors, including logistics, transport, public institutions, manufacturing, and transport and logistics associations.
This pilot training was implemented במסגרת the SEE-GL program and aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in sustainability, ESG principles, legal norms, environmental dimensions, and the use of digital tools within the transport and logistics sector.
Throughout the training, trainers applied modern, interactive, and learner-centered methodologies, including real industry-based case studies, group discussions, analysis of EU best practices, and questionnaires for assessment and reflection.
Participants represented a multidisciplinary group, contributing diverse experiences and perspectives from both the private and public sectors. The training generated strong interest, with a high number of applications, leading to plans for organizing a second training in the near future.
This training marks an important step in strengthening professional capacities for integrating ESG principles into the transport and logistics sector, contributing to the development of a more sustainable and responsible industry.
