Tempulli College Organized a Focus Group Meeting with Industry Representatives

Tempulli College organized a focus group meeting with industry representatives and relevant sector stakeholders to discuss labor market needs, graduate competencies, and the relevance of academic programs.

The meeting gathered 10 representatives from logistics companies, transport companies, production businesses, pharmaceutical distribution companies, associations, and institutions. Discussions focused on aligning academic programs with labor market developments and the real needs of industry.

Industry representatives emphasized the importance of practical skills, digital competencies, professional communication, and student engagement in real projects and professional internships during their studies. Opportunities for strengthening cooperation between Tempulli College and industry partners through guest lectures, internships, and joint projects were also discussed.

Focus Group was coordinated by the Quality Assurance Coordinator, Sara Fusha Osmani, who thanked the participants for their valuable contributions and recommendations aimed at the continuous improvement of educational quality.
