Updated: Oct 6
Tempulli College held the Third Workshop as part of the process of developing the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, focusing on translating strategic objectives into concrete and feasible activities.
During the workshop, the structure of the Action Plan was discussed, including the definition of key activities, institutional responsibilities, timelines, required resources, and expected outcomes.
An important part of the workshop focused on costing the activities and linking them to the financial resources required for their implementation. The aim was to ensure that the strategic objectives are supported by well-planned activities and clearly identified resources.
Participants also discussed the development of a risk management framework, including the identification of potential risks, preventive measures, and responsibilities for managing them.
The workshop also addressed mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Strategic Plan, as well as approaches for communicating progress and results to relevant stakeholders.
The outcomes of this work will be incorporated into the draft 2026–2030 Strategic Plan and the Action Plan of Tempulli College.
