This agreement establishes the foundation for joint partnerships in research projects, professional consultancy, exchange of expertise, development of academic programs, as well as joint applications in international calls for 2026 and beyond.

FRED Engineering, headquartered in Rome, Italy, is one of Europe’s leading companies in road engineering, safety auditing, climate-resilience planning, and mobility planning, with projects implemented across several continents.
