Second Workshop Held as Part of the Process of Developing the Self-Evaluation Report for Institutional Re-accreditation

As part of the process of developing the Self-Evaluation Report for Institutional Re-accreditation, the Second Workshop was held on the topic “Study Programmes, Teaching, Learning and Students.”

The workshop aimed to support the institutional self-evaluation process by addressing key aspects related to study programmes, the teaching and learning process, as well as students’ experience and engagement in academic and institutional life.

During the workshop, participants addressed issues related to the development and relevance of study programmes, the quality of the teaching process, teaching and learning approaches and methods, student assessment, as well as mechanisms for supporting and engaging students in academic processes.

The workshop was attended by representatives of the management, academic and administrative staff, as well as student representatives. Through joint discussions, participants analysed current institutional practices, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, with particular attention to the role of students and their overall experience throughout their studies.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of aligning study programmes with institutional needs and objectives, ensuring quality in the teaching and learning process, and using evidence and data to continuously assess and improve academic quality.

The workshop represents an important activity within the institution’s preparations for the institutional re-accreditation process, contributing to the identification of good practices, challenges, and areas for improvement, with the aim of enhancing the quality of study programmes and the overall student experience.

The process of developing the Self-Evaluation Report will continue with the assessment of other relevant areas, with the aim of preparing a comprehensive report that objectively reflects the institution’s current situation, achievements, and areas for improvement, as well as its level of compliance with the quality standards defined in the relevant manual.
