Tempulli College, in order to meet the institution’s needs, announces a vacancy for the following position:

– Quality Assurance Coordinator


1. Role

Tempulli College is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator, who will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and implementing quality assurance and evaluation processes within the institution. The position aims to support the functioning of the internal quality assurance system in accordance with national and international standards (including ENQA standards and AKA requirements) and to ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative areas. The Coordinator will work closely with management, the Quality Assurance Committee, and academic and administrative units to implement quality activities.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

· Organizes and coordinates quality assurance and evaluation processes at the institutional and program levels.

· Supports the functioning of the Quality Assurance Office as an independent institutional structure.

· Collects, processes, and analyzes data from quality evaluation processes (students, academic staff, administration, alumni, and employers).

· Prepares regular quality assurance reports and presents them to management and relevant bodies.

· Administers and coordinates the evaluation of teaching, study programs, and institutional services.

· Supports the Quality Assurance Committee in implementing policies, procedures, and the quality calendar.

· Monitors the implementation of recommendations from evaluation reports and internal and external audits.

· Coordinates the preparation of documentation for accreditation and re-accreditation processes of the institution and its programs.

· Collaborates with Program Coordinators and other structures to improve teaching and program quality.

· Supports the design and review of study programs in accordance with market needs and evaluation recommendations.

· Coordinates student involvement in quality assurance processes (surveys, feedback, representation).

· Maintains databases and documentation for quality indicators and institutional reporting.

· Promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the institution.

· Performs other tasks as requested by the supervisor, in line with institutional regulations.


3. Required Qualifications

· University degree (Master’s preferred).

· Work experience of at least 2–3 years in quality assurance in higher education institutions.

· Good knowledge of quality assurance systems, ENQA standards, and accreditation processes (AKA).

· Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and managerial skills.

· Excellent communication and inter-institutional collaboration skills.

· Proficiency in digital tools and data management systems.

· Very good command of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

· Professional integrity and the ability to work in a team.


Workplace: BPrAL Tempulli College, Rr. Eduard Lir, 157, Lagja Arbëria, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo Working hours: 40 hours per week
