Tempulli College, in order to meet the institution’s needs, announces a vacancy for the following position:
– Program Coordinator
1. Role
This position is responsible for the integrated management of the academic and administrative processes of the institution. The role ensures the efficient functioning of the academic and institutional system, acting as the primary operational authority in coordinating between academic and administrative units.
2. Responsibilities
· Coordinates academic activities in scientific and professional programs.
· Prepares the detailed annual report of academic activities and submits it for approval to the Academic Council.
· Reviews the preliminary annual and mid-term budget plans for the implementation of academic activities and submits them for approval to the Governing Board.
· Reviews curricula and study programs submitted by program coordinators and presents them to the Academic Council for evaluation.
· Continuously monitors the academic activities of the institution and proposes necessary changes to meet quality standards.
· Analyzes and publishes quality assurance evaluation results and proposes improvement plans to the Academic Council.
· Provides professional advice to the Academic Council regarding proposals for the selection and appointment of lecturers, collaborators, and professional titles.
· Monitors and reports the workload of academic staff.
· Proposes professional and academic development needs of staff, as well as the need to engage new personnel.
· Performs other functions in accordance with the Statute and regulations of the institution.
3. Qualifications
· University degree (Master’s/PhD preferred) in relevant academic fields.
· Work experience of at least 3–5 years in higher education, academic management, or institutional administration.
· Experience in coordinating study programs and academic processes.
· Advanced knowledge of accreditation processes and quality assurance.
· Excellent organizational, managerial, and decision-making skills.
· Very good communication and inter-institutional coordination skills.
· Knowledge in managing digital systems and academic platforms.
· Very good command of English.
· High professional integrity and the ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Workplace: BPrAL Tempulli College, Rr. Eduard Lir, 157, Lagja Arbëria, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo Working hours: 40 hours per week
