Tempulli College, in order to meet the institution’s needs, announces a vacancy for the following position:

– Coordinator for the Professional Training and Certification Center, one position


1. Role

Tempulli College is seeking a Coordinator for the Professional Training and Certification Center, who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing professional training

programs for stakeholders. The position aims to organize and manage training, certification, and continuous professional development programs. The Coordinator will play a key role in identifying labor market needs, promoting training programs, developing relevant training content, and building partnerships with the private sector, public institutions, and other organizations.


2. Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Develops and implements the strategy of the Professional Training and Certification Center in line with the College’s objectives.

· Identifies training needs in the labor market and designs training programs accordingly.

· Organizes and coordinates professional trainings, workshops, seminars, and certification programs.

· Collaborates with experts, trainers, and institutions to deliver high-quality training.

· Builds and maintains partnerships with companies and organizations to provide training and professional development opportunities.

· Coordinates and administers participant enrollment in training programs and monitors their progress.

· Promotes the programs and activities of the Training and Certification Center internally and externally.

· Manages databases of participants, trainers, and partners.

· Collaborates with academic staff to integrate practical and professional elements into study programs.

· Prepares periodic reports on the activities and achievements of the Center.

· Performs other tasks as requested by the supervisor, in line with the position.


3. Required Qualifications

· University degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Education, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.

· Work experience of at least 2–3 years in training.

· Experience in accreditation, organization, and management of training and professional activities.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

· Experience collaborating with the private sector and building partnerships.

· Strong organizational and managerial skills.

· Good knowledge of the labor market and professional development trends.

· Proficiency in digital tools and training platforms (online/offline).

· Very good command of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

· Professional integrity and ability to work in a team.


Workplace: BPrAL Tempulli College, Rr. Eduard Lir, 157, Lagja Arbëria, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo Working hours: 40 hours per week
