BPrAL Tempulli College, in order to meet the institution’s needs, announces a vacancy for the following position:
– Career Services Officer
1. Role Tempulli College is seeking a Career Services Officer who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing career services for students and alumni. The position aims to facilitate students’ transition from studies to the labor market by building bridges with the private sector, public institutions, and other relevant partners. The Officer will play a key role in organizing career orientation activities, professional internships, trainings, and events that enhance students’ employability, as well as in developing strategic partnerships with employers.
2. Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Develops and implements the strategy of the Career Services Office in line with the College’s objectives.
· Provides individual and group career counseling to students, including guidance on employment preparation and professional development.
· Establishes and maintains collaborations with companies, institutions, and organizations to provide internship and employment opportunities.
· Organizes career fairs, trainings, workshops, and other activities to develop soft and professional skills.
· Coordinates internship programs and monitors students’ progress during internships.
· Assists students in preparing CVs, motivation letters, and interview preparation.
· Collects and analyzes data on graduate employment and reports regularly to management.
· Collaborates with academic staff to integrate career-related elements into curricula.
· Promotes the activities and services of the Career Services Office internally and externally.
· Maintains databases of employers and alumni.
· Prepares periodic reports on the activities and results of the Career Services Office.
· Performs other tasks as requested by the supervisor, in line with the position.
3. Required Qualifications
· University degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
· Work experience of at least 2–3 years in relevant areas.
· Excellent communication and counseling skills.
· Experience collaborating with the private sector and building partnerships.
· Strong organizational and managerial skills.
· Good knowledge of the labor market and employment trends.
· Proficiency in using digital tools and career platforms.
· Very good command of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
· Professional integrity and ability to work in a team.
Workplace: BPrAL Tempulli College, Rr. Eduard Lir, 157, Lagja Arbëria, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo Working hours: 40 hours per week
