Tempulli College, in order to meet the institution’s needs, announces a vacancy for the following position:

– Coordinator of the Office for International Cooperation and Projects


1. Role Tempulli College is seeking a Coordinator for the Office of International Cooperation and Projects, who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing the institution’s international partnerships and projects. The position aims to enhance the internationalization of the institution through strategic partnerships, participation in international programs (Erasmus+), and the development and management of academic and research projects. The Coordinator plays a key role in building international networks, facilitating staff and student mobility, and securing funding through projects.


2. Duties and Responsibilities

· Develops and implements the strategy for international cooperation and projects in line with the College’s objectives.

· Identifies opportunities to apply for international projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, etc.).

· Coordinates the preparation and submission of project applications in collaboration with academic staff and international partners.

· Manages and monitors the implementation of awarded projects, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.

· Builds and maintains partnerships with universities, organizations, and international institutions.

· Coordinates mobility programs for students and staff (incoming and outgoing).

· Provides support to students and staff in the application processes for mobility and projects.

· Prepares and manages cooperation agreements (MoUs, inter-institutional agreements, etc.).

· Promotes the College’s international activities and projects both internally and externally.

· Organizes international events, study visits, and other relevant activities.

· Manages databases of partners, projects, and mobilities.

· Prepares periodic reports on project activities and results of international cooperation.

· Collaborates with academic and administrative units to integrate the international dimension into study programs.

· Performs other tasks as required by the supervisor, in line with the position.


3. Required Qualifications

· University degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, International Relations, Education, Economics, or related fields.

· Work experience of at least 2–3 years in project management, international cooperation, or related fields.

· Experience in preparing and managing international projects (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon Europe) is an advantage.

· Strong skills in project writing and funding applications.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.

· Good organizational and managerial skills.

· Knowledge of internationalization processes in higher education.

· Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for project management.

· Very good command of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).

· Professional integrity and the ability to work in a team.


Workplace: BPrAL Tempulli College, Rr. Eduard Lir, 157, Lagja Arbëria, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo Working hours: 40 hours per week
