Focus Group with Students Held within the Quality Assurance Framework at Kolegji Tempulli

As part of the continuous activities aimed at advancing institutional quality and improving the student experience, the Quality Assurance Office at Kolegji Tempulli organized the second focus group with students during May 2026.

The purpose of this focus group was to further evaluate student support services, the level of students’ trust in institutional mechanisms, as well as the clarity and effectiveness of student feedback processes and the channels used for publishing the results.

During the discussions, participants shared their experiences, recommendations, and suggestions regarding academic and administrative services, institutional communication, and the ways students are involved in decision-making and continuous improvement processes.

The Quality Assurance Office prepares focus group reports and submits them to the institution’s management for further analysis and the implementation of concrete actions aimed at enhancing quality and increasing student satisfaction.
