First Workshop Held as Part of the Process of Developing the Self-Evaluation Report for Institutional Re-accreditation

As part of the process of developing the Self-Evaluation Report for Institutional Re-accreditation, the First Workshop was held on the topic “Governance, Strategic Planning, Finance and Quality Assurance.”

The workshop aimed to support the institutional self-evaluation process and contribute to a structured assessment of key areas related to governance, strategic planning, financial management, and quality assurance.

During the workshop, participants addressed issues related to the effectiveness of governance structures, the implementation and monitoring of strategic objectives, the management of financial resources, as well as institutional mechanisms for ensuring and continuously improving quality.

The workshop was attended by representatives of the management, academic and administrative staff, as well as student representatives. Participants discussed current institutional practices, challenges and opportunities for improvement, as well as the importance of evidence and data in the self-evaluation process.

Particular emphasis was placed on the need for a coordinated and comprehensive approach to the preparation of the Self-Evaluation Report, in accordance with the requirements and standards of institutional accreditation.

The workshop represents one of the important activities undertaken as part of the institution’s preparations for the institutional re-accreditation process, aiming to strengthen the culture of quality, enhance transparency, and identify areas for further development.

The process of developing the Self-Evaluation Report will continue with the assessment of other relevant areas, with the aim of preparing a comprehensive report that objectively reflects the institution’s current situation, achievements, and areas for improvement, as well as its level of compliance with the quality standards defined in the relevant manual.
