Call for Funding of Scientific Research Papers for Academic Staff





In accordance with the Statute of Tempulli College, Article 132, the Regulation on Scientific Research, and based on the Decision of the Governing Council dated 12.12.2024, the Director of Tempulli College announces:


Call for Funding of Scientific Research Papers for Academic Staff

All regular academic staff of Tempulli College who have fully published scientific research in academic journals indexed in the following platforms are eligible to apply:

  • Clarivate Analytics – Web of Science (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI)

  • SCOPUS


Scientific publications in journals or publishing houses of questionable credibility will not be taken into consideration and will not be reimbursed.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Only papers published and indexed after the last funding call issued by Tempulli College will be considered.

  • Applications must be submitted no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the paper.

  • Applications must be submitted to the Scientific Research Committee.


Funding for Conference Participation

Academic staff are also invited to apply for coverage of financial expenses for participation in:

  • International scientific conferences

  • Symposia

  • Congresses

  • Workshops

  • International scientific forums


Required Documentation

Applications for funding of scientific publications or conference participation must be submitted in both electronic and physical form and must include the following documents:

  • Ethical declaration

  • Application form for funding of a scientific publication or conference participation

  • Copy of the published paper

  • Invitation to participate in the conference (if applying for conference funding)

  • Proof of payment (transfer receipt)

  • Screenshot/evidence that the paper is indexed in the above-mentioned platforms (applicable to publications)


Application Deadline

Applications may be submitted from 03.02.2025 until 15.02.2025 at 16:00.
