Call for Funding of Scientific Publications for Academic Staff

Pursuant to the Statute of Tempulli College, Article 132, the Regulation on Scientific Research, and based on the Decision of the Governing Council dated 12.12.2024, the Director of Tempulli College hereby announces:

Call for funding of scientific publications for academic staff

All full-time academic staff of Tempulli College are eligible to apply, provided that they have fully published their scientific research in journals indexed in the following platforms:

Clarivate Analytics – Web of Science (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI)

SCOPUS

Publications in questionable journals or publishing houses will not be considered and will not be reimbursed.

Eligibility Criteria

Only publications that have been published and indexed after the last funding call issued by Tempulli College will be considered.

The application must be submitted no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication.

The application must be addressed to the Scientific Research Committee.

Funding for Conference Participation

Academic staff are also invited to apply for financial support to cover participation in:

International scientific conferences

Symposiums

Congresses

Workshops

International scientific forums

Required Documentation

Applications for funding of scientific publications or conference participation must be submitted in both electronic and physical form and must include the following documents:

Ethical declaration

Application form for funding of scientific publication or conference participation

Copy of the published paper

Invitation to participate in the conference (if applicable)

Proof of payment (bank transfer)

Screenshot/proof that the paper is indexed in the above-mentioned platforms (applicable for publications)

Application Deadline

Applications are open from 03.02.2025 to 15.02.2025, until 16:00.
