3 December – International Day of Persons with Disabilities

ree

Tempulli marks this day in honor and support of those who have lost their health due to accidents on the road, at work, and in industry.

Today, we remember with deep respect all those who have been left with disabilities as a result of road and railway accidents, as well as the many incidents that occur in workplaces, construction, logistics, transport, agriculture, and other sectors where risk is part of daily life. Behind every statistic lies a life story, a family, a daily struggle, and a continuous fight for dignity, health, and independence.

In Kosovo, many citizens continue to face severe long-term consequences from traffic and workplace accidents—consequences that, in many cases, could have been prevented with greater care, safety standards, professional education, and responsibility.

For over three decades, Tempulli has been committed to education and training in road and occupational safety, with the aim that no person should lose their life, health, or abilities due to negligence in traffic or at the workplace.

Today, at the meeting organized for this Day, professor Muhamed Krasniqi emphasized, among other things:“We express solidarity with all victims and their families, and we strongly support the inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities. Beyond solidarity and support, we reaffirm our commitment to a responsible and safe culture—both on the road and in the workplace, wherever we may be.”
