​Behavior and culture in traffic, namely road safety and our (non)actions towards this issue, are a very important measure of the development and integration of Kosovar society in relation to regional and European societies. The raising of this concern towards us, but also towards developed countries, will not be seen as a setback in the development of our society, but on the contrary will be understood as the development of awareness and wisdom in dealing with this phenomenon.

Road safety activities are very important but also beneficial for the entire society. We are encouraged by the success and echo that the road safety activities so far, developed by the Road Safety Forum, have had. The organization of this conference consequently comes from the success of the previous conference ‘Students and their road safety’ which was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. The conference is planned to bring together professors and experts in the field of road safety, with a special emphasis on the countries of the Southeastern Balkans.

The signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Road Safety Forum, which operates within the framework of AMRKS (Kosovar Motoring Association) and KFV (Austrian Road Safety Board), will also take place at this conference.

Based on the role and importance of conferences of this nature, which focus on preventing the loss of lives of people on the road as a result of traffic accidents, we will be grateful for your contribution to the proceedings of the conference.
