Tempulli joins the SEED project, which aims to harmonize the qualifications of professional drivers in the South East Europe region, including Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia. Tempulli also signs a cooperation agreement with the European Road Stars Academy from Belgium for the development of professional programs.

Tempulli is re-designated as a College and reaches agreements with the Ministry of Education and Science (MASHT) and several ministries, local and international institutions for organizing the nationwide campaign “Road Safety.” The TV program "Road Safety" is also launched this year.

Tempulli marks its twentieth anniversary. In the spring of this year, Tempulli is authorized by the Ministry of Infrastructure to develop training for the hazardous materials drivers' exam (ADR), training for managers and professional drivers in domestic and international passenger and freight transport (CPC).

Tempulli receives another international accreditation from the International Road Union – IRU Academy from Switzerland and becomes a full member of this union headquartered in Geneva.

Tempulli benefits from the joint Tempus project by the European Commission and is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) headquartered in London.

Based on the recommendations of the British Accreditation Council (BAC), Tempulli is transformed from a University College into a Higher Professional School and is accredited by the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (AKA) and licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT).

Tempulli is one of the first initiators of the formation of the Independent Trade Union of Driving Schools of Kosovo, and its headquarters for the Pristina Region.
