Professor Muhamed Krasniqi is a distinguished academic and professional authority in the field of traffic and transport, with a rich and notable career as a full professor at Tempulli College. As a Doctor of Traffic and Transport Sciences, he has made an extraordinary contribution to the advancement of scientific and practical knowledge in this field, serving as an inspiring and innovative leader in education as well as in the public and private sectors in Kosovo and the region.

Professor Krasniqi has significantly contributed to the development and improvement of traffic and transport policies through his applied research and scientific publications. He has played an active role in organizing scientific roundtables and international conferences, creating platforms for sharing innovative ideas and promoting road safety.

Key Engagements and Achievements:

  • Founder of the Kosovo Association of Motorization (AMRKS) – an organization that contributes to education and road safety in Kosovo.

  • National Leader of the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) for Kosovo – an initiative aimed at improving road safety through analysis and practical recommendations.

  • Producer and Co-founder of the International Film Festival “Life Safety” – a creative platform for raising awareness about road safety and safe living.

  • Co-producer of over 200 weekly TV programs titled “Road Safety” – an educational television program that has helped raise awareness about road safety in the community.

  • Ambassador of Kosovo to the Balkan Economic Forum – a prestigious role reflecting his commitment to promoting sustainable development and innovation in the region.
     

In addition to his professional and academic accomplishments, Professor Krasniqi is known for his dedication to volunteer activities aimed at improving life in the community. He is a strong advocate for education and the promotion of cultured behavior in traffic, serving as a source of inspiration for future generations.

The Secretary

The Secretary General is a key figure in the administration of Tempulli College since its founding. She is responsible for carrying out administrative, legal, and organizational duties in accordance with the institution’s Statute.

Governing Council

The Governing Council (GC) consists of five (5) voting members with a four-year mandate. Two members are appointed by the shareholders (one is a member of the Partnership Council and the other from Civil Society), two members are proposed by the Academic Council, and one student member is appointed by the Student Parliament. The Director of the Academy and the Secretary are ex officio members of the Governing Council without voting rights. The work of the Governing Council is regulated by a specific document known as the Governing Council Regulation.

Academic Council

As the highest academic body, the Academic Council guarantees academic freedom and the active participation of students in decision-making processes. This council includes professors, students, and administrative staff, and is led by the Dean.

The Dean and Vice Dean

The Dean and two Vice Deans are well-known academic and scientific figures, engaged in leading numerous projects and in expertise in the field of traffic and transport engineering, both nationally and in the region.

Coordinators

Coordinators are professionals who oversee and organize the holding of lectures, exercises, exams, seminars, and research work, ensuring quality and efficiency in the teaching process.

Student Council

The Student Council represents the interests of students at all levels and academic units. It acts as a liaison between students and the administration, promoting their cooperation and full involvement.

Alumni

The Alumni serves as a bridge between the Career Center, the Student Council, the Partnership Council, and the labor market in Kosovo. This network guarantees a sustainable and high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

Stakeholders Council

The Partners Council includes representatives from the labor market, industry, and the academic community. It plays a key role in developing strategic partnerships for the institution.
