About the Program
 

The three-year program offered by Tempulli, "Insurance, Management and Innovation," aims to prepare students with contemporary theoretical and practical knowledge in:

  • Claims Assessment and Insurance,

  • Enterprise Management, including Transport and Logistics,

  • Use of Intelligent Systems in Transport and Logistics.

  • The mission of the program is to provide quality education through:

The program addresses the needs of the labor market for qualified professionals and supports the development of the insurance industry, logistics enterprises and intelligent systems.

Given the lack of specialized experts in Kosovo for claims management and insurance, this program fills this gap by creating professionals capable of:
 

  • Manage and assess claims,

  • Manage transportation, insurance and logistics enterprises,

  • Develop innovative strategies for sustainable management.

  • Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:

  • Respect academic and professional ethical issues.

  • Work independently and in groups on theoretical and practical challenges.

  • Communicate and present their ideas using professional terminology.

  • Develop analytical skills for solving complex problems.

  • Analyze finances, investments and costs in enterprises.

  • Know the legislation and regulations on insurance and logistics.

​This specialization prepares students to manage and assess damages from road accidents, including knowledge of insurance procedures, risk management, and assessment of material and non-material damages. Students will gain practical knowledge of insurance contracts and the promotion of insurance products.
 

Upon completion of the program, with this specialization, students will be able to:

  • Assess damages from road accidents and follow procedures from initiation to reporting.

  • Recognize the nature and management of risk in insurance.

  • Calculate and promote insurance products.

  • Understand insurance classifications and contracts.

  • Assess material and non-material damages from accidents.
